The Fuji F100fd Camera with the waterproof Fuji WP-FXF100 Housing makes a really great underwater housed camera set.

The Fuji F100fd and underwater housing is waterproof to 40m and allows all camera functions to be used. There is a large flash diffuser to give a good spread of 'shadowless' light from the built in flash of the Fuji Finepix F100fd camera. The Fuji WP-FXF100 waterproof housing cleverly comes with a counterbalance weight which you can attach to keep your camera just where you want it. There is also a wrist lanyard for holding it although you should consider buying an extendable leash for attaching it to your BCD so you can let go without losing it. (see our selection). Intova Optic Flash Cable

The Optic Cable "connects" the flash on the camera to a slave or secondary flash. The end which is attached to the camera is made from a translucent velcro. It attaches over the existing flash so the light from the cameras flash travels to the slave and tells it when to fire. The slave end of the cable is bare cable and designed to fit flashes like the Intova or Fuji. The optic cable works well in ultra clear water where light from internal flash can dissipate rapidly and not activate slave unit on flash. It also enables the camera flash to be covered leaving only the slave lighting the subject which reduces problems with backscatter.
